An early career in the health and wellness field proved to Brandon Tipsword that he was a natural at servicing others. Having grown up in over seven states across America, and with parents employed by one of the largest commercial carriers in the USA, Tipsword knew more pseudo-city airport codes by the age of seven than most ticket agents running the DOS systems at the airport ticketing counters.

As an entrepreneurial, non-quiescent-minded sr. business development professional that harbors over 15+ years in the travel and hospitality industry, Tipsword has also managed hundreds of independently owned hotel properties for Fortune 100/500 brands and credits travel tech startups for his vast success and experience. His keen sense of tech implementation led him to procure some of the most decorated clients within agency portfolios.

In 2022, Tipsword was awarded the “Up and Comer, Innovator-of-the-Year” from South Florida Business and Wealth for his selfless contributions within the economic development community and for expanding the tech gateway for South Florida. Known for ripping down the "red tape" in the industry and creating strategies that amount to significant revenue gains— exceeding multi-million dollar revenue goals easily comes second nature.

In 2023, Tipsword joined CELITECH to champion their business development team and expand their reach to include the industries that have made him successful.
